We will be out in force on March 19th to mark the one year anniversary of the announcement of Manston’s closure. This will be the most magnificent monuMANSTONal march!

Join us with your whistles, flags and everything you have from 17:30 at the airport terminal. We want Musgrave and Cartner to hear us from Discovery Park – we want Gloag to hear us from Scotland!

Tony Freudmann from RiverOak will be making an address among a few VIPs, and we would like everyone to attend and show their support.

Performances
Paul Messenger, Jennifer Maidman and the Kensei Taiko drummers will be performing after our guests speeches, so it’s set to be a brilliant event.

Car Parking
Car parking for the MonuMANSTONal March will be behind the TG Aviation hangar, at the bottom of the airport access road.

Catering
We have secured a catering unit from 16:30 with urns for tea, coffee and hot chocolate, all under £1.00. The van will also be selling burgers and hot dogs for around £2.50. We’re also hoping to see our vintage ice cream truck friend.
